Lost or Stolen Package

We are not liable for lost or stolen parcels. If the Track & Trace indicates that your parcel has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report this within 14 days of the indicated delivery date. The courier service will then start an investigation. We will keep you informed until the end of this investigation.
