WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Once you receive the email, you can either track it via the link provided or on our store's Track Your Order page.

I THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST. WHO CAN I CONTACT?

We understand how frustrating it is when a package goes missing! Once we ship the package and it leaves our facility, we have completed our responsibility as the distributor of the product, and the product is now in the hands of the shipping company (or carrier) used to ship the package. Please reach out to the shipping company for more information.

If your package shows delivered but you are not in possession of it, please be sure to check with your neighbours and family members. We recommend you always check the size chart on the product page. If, after viewing the size chart, you are still in doubt, we recommend you order one size bigger than your current size. Should you find out later that the size is not right after all, you can use our exchange service.
